We had it spoken a few weeks ago and today it has become reality, let's talk about the new variant of the flagship killer presented in May this year. The Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition is in fact just a slight upgrade compared to the K20 Pro, especially from the point of view of computing power, but not only; let's find out together!
Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition on sale in China since 18 October
The Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition Black Mech announced today and sold by 18 October comes with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, which as many of you will know is a clocked version increased by the already excellent SD 855. While regarding the amount of memory, the device has 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The other change we see on the Premium Edition is rather aesthetic. The smartphone adopts in fact a new back cover of black color (Black Mech in fact) and with a more aggressive look that goes hand in hand with the increase in performance.
As for the other specifications, these remain almost unchanged. We therefore find an 6,39 inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution and with the front camera from 20MP hidden in the pop-up mechanism. The rear cameras instead include the main one from 48MP, the secondary one from 8MP with telephoto lens and finally a super wide angle from 13MP.
The smartphone then equips a fingerprint reader under the seventh generation screen, with an improved optical module that lets more light pass (around 100%) and therefore manages to recognize the impression faster.
Finally, we have a large 4000mAh battery, the NFC module to make electronic payments, 3,5mm audio jacks and dual-frequency GPS.
The Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition will go on sale in China at the 2999 Yuan figure (on 380 €) starting from the 18 October. Price obviously referring to the Chinese market, we will see price increases once marketed by third-party stores.
