The Redmi K30 5G is getting closer. A few days ago we finally learned what day 7st January the smartphone will finally go on sale, while today we are shown for the first time the package in which the first 5G device of the Xiaomi sub-brand will arrive.
Redmi K30 5G: The sales package has been unveiled
Well, as we can see in the images above, the packaging of the K30 5G does not differ much from that for the Redmi K30 4G. In fact, the only real difference seems to be the addition of the 5G wording on the bottom right and sides.
In any case, the important fact is that the substantial differences are found within the device. The 5G version of the K30 arrives with the new and high-performing Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G which replaces the Snapdragon 730G of the 4G variant. We then find a large 6,67-inch diagonal display with a 120Hz refresh rate for a smoother user experience both as regards gaming and within the MIUI.
The K30 also adopts an LCD-type display with a double pillar-shaped camera on the top right, which can actually be "transformed" into two single cameras with a diameter of 4.38mm via software.
From the photographic point of view, the smartphone equips 64MP main sensor, the Sony IMX686 accompanied by a lens with f / 1.7 aperture and pixel binning technology to combine 4 pixels in 1. We then have an 8MP secondary camera with ultra wide-angle lens , one with super macro lens with 5MP resolution and finally a 2MP depth sensor for taking photos with bokeh effect. Finally, two sensors with 20MP and 2MP resolution will be taken to take selfies; the latter (to add the blur effect).
The Redmi K30 5G then adopts a large 4500mAh battery with support for fast charging at 30W. Note that although there are not many on paper, the charging algorithm developed by Xiaomi allows you to charge your smartphone faster
Finally, among the other features we have the dual-mode 5G NSA / SA, the 5G MultiLink function to have WiFi at 5GHz + 2.4GHz + 4G / 5G all three running simultaneously, a lateral fingerprint sensor, liquid cooling , Multifunction NFC, dual frequency GPS and an infrared ray emitter.
As mentioned previously, the Redmi K30 5G will go on sale on January 7 at a price of 1999 Yuan, about € 256 at the current exchange rate, with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while it will cost 2899 Yuan (€ 370) if you want 8GB of RAM. and 256GB of storage.
