We continue the day dedicated to Redmi K30 Pro with yet another news concerning the next top of the economic range. This time we are talking about something very important on a smartphone: the battery.
Redmi K30 Pro: The product manager confirms battery greater than 4200mAh
Redmi's product director, Wang Teng, would have revealed that the smartphone will adopt a battery with a capacity of at least 4200mAh. This minimum capacity would be a step forward compared to the predecessor, that is the Redmi K20 Pro, and at the same time one behind when compared to the Redmi K30 released in December of last year.
The basic version of the K30 series equips a 4500mAh battery, so having a 4200mAh battery could disappoint many users. In addition, Redmi smartphones have always stood out for owning large batteries compared to the Mi series flagships, such as the comparison between Redmi K20 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 9. So theoretically, given that the Xiaomi Mi 10 adopts a battery from 4500mAh, the K30 Pro should arrive with a battery of the same size, if not higher. The battery should then support a fast charge with a maximum power of 33W, according to what we discovered previously on the Chinese certification site 3C.
As for all the other features, the smartphone will adopt a pop up front camera design, while the display will have FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of at least 90Hz.
The Redmi K30 Pro will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 as processor, with support for dual mode 5G networks, and coupled to LPDDR5 type RAM and UFS 3.0 flash memory.
Finally, from the photographic point of view, the flagship killer will almost certainly equip a 64MP main camera, the Sony IMX686 with a size of 1 / 1,7 inches and pixel binning technology to combine four pixels into one 1,6 μm large.
