At today's press conference in which Redmi presented the new K40 Gaming Edition, the brand surprised everyone a bit by also launching a special edition of the gaming phone dedicated to Bruce Lee; let's go and discover it up close!

The Redmi K40 Gaming Bruce Lee Edition: The King of Kung Fu has been presented

The Redmi K40 Gaming Bruce Lee Edition comes with the same overall design as the K40 Gaming Edition which in turn is based on the K40 series. Clearly, however, the external graphics are all Bruce Lee themed with his iconic style in yellow and black. Then we find the writing "The King of Kung Fu" placed vertically in the center of the back cover and the writing "KO Fast Comes First" at the top right.

But it does not end there, because Redmi also includes a yellow bumper cover that does not hide the rear graphics of the device and all comes in a special package, also in yellow and black.

The only other real difference of the Redmi K40 Gaming Bruce Lee Edition compared to the standard version is in the selling price which sees a supplement of 100 yuan, about 13 euros. So the version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage will cost 2799 yuan (357 €) instead of 2699 yuan (344 €). There will also be no other memory variants.

We quickly recall that the Redmi K40 Gaming Bruce Lee Edition adopts a 6,67-inch OLED screen, surrounded by very thin edges. The display integrates 1,07 billion colors, a high refresh rate of 120Hz and a three-finger tactile sample rate of 480Hz.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset that uses a TSMC 6nm manufacturing process, with 1 + 3 + 4 three cluster architecture and achieves an excellent balance between performance and power consumption.

While for autonomy we have a 5065mAh battery, which supports 67W fast charging, to recharge the smartphone to 100% in only 42 minutes.
