After officially announcing it a couple of days ago, today the brand has revealed that its new flagship smartphone, the Redmi K60 Ultra, just set a new record in AnTuTu score, the famous performance benchmark for Android devices. With a score of 1,77 million points, the K60 Ultra outperformed all of its competitors and earned the title of most powerful android smartphone of the moment.
Redmi K60 Ultra is officially the world's most powerful smartphone, arriving later this month

The secret of this success lies in the combination of high quality hardware and software that Redmi has been able to achieve. The K60 Ultra is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor, an octa-core chip with a maximum frequency of 3,0 GHz and a Mali-G78 GPU. This processor supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, ensuring fast and stable data transmission.
But that is not all. The K60 Ultra also features a Pixelworks X7 independent display chip, which offers a number of advanced features to enhance users' viewing experience. The Pixelworks X7 supports both super frame and super resolution competition, two technologies that allow to increase the fluidity and sharpness of images on the screen. In addition, Pixelworks X7 also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, two standards for high dynamic range color reproduction.

The K60 Ultra is therefore able to offer an outstanding visual quality on its own 1,5K screen, which has one 6,67-inch diagonal has always been 144 Hz refresh rate. This screen is ideal for enjoying multimedia content and demanding games, such as Genshin Impact, which can be played at high frame rates and high definition without any problems.
To make this possible, Redmi worked for two years on planning and one year on joint research and development of the K60 Ultra, said Lu Weibing, the vice president of the Xiaomi group and the general manager of the Redmi division. Lu Weibing also unveiled the Rage Engine 2.0, a software engine that optimizes the performance of the K60 Ultra according to different scenes and different loads. Rage Engine 2.0 can detect and predict the real-time load and stabilize the frame at the edge of the heavy load scene, achieving scene-oriented, intelligent and systematic in-depth update.

The Redmi K60 Ultra will be officially launched this month, presumably together with the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3. The price has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be very competitive with other high-end smartphones.
