This morning, Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station shared some of the specs we're going to find on the upcoming Redmi Note 12 (China) series.
Redmi Note 12 (China) will have 120W recharge and 50MP camera (leak)
In particular, the leakster revealed that the smartphone will use a flat screen with a central hole for the front camera and three rear cameras, including a 50 megapixel main camera, an 8 megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a 2 megapixel camera. The device will also be able to support wired fast charging of over 100 watts, so we assume it will go around 120W.
From the above configuration, the most interesting spec is clearly 120W wired flash charging. Redmi currently supports 120W wired flash charging on its Redmi Note 11 Pro +. However, remember that Xiaomi's first fast charging chip, the Surge P1, was launched aboard the Xiaomi 12 Pro, and then landed on the Redmi Note 11 Pro +.
In any case, thanks to the support of 120 W HyperCharge fast charging, the Redmi Note 11 Pro + can be charged from zero to 50% in a few minutes and can be charged to 100% in just 19 minutes.
So, returning to the Redmi Note 12 series, it wouldn't surprise us if it could be recharged to 100% in around 20 minutes, as the battery capacity shouldn't be less than 4500mAh.
Lu Weibing, vice president of Xiaomi Group China and general manager of the Redmi brand, previously confirmed that the Redmi Note series will be updated every six months, and has as its slogan "small flagship in performance" and "small flagship in experience".
In the first half of this year, Redmi launched the Note 11T Pro series (in China), which represents the "small flagship in performance", so the Redmi Note 12 series due out in the second half of this year should be considered. that of the “small flagship in experience”.
Now we just have to wait for further leaks or official info.
