Redmi Note 12T mentioned by the GM of the brand, certification also arrives

After Redmi general manager Lu Weibing hinted at the new Note 12T series for the first time this morning, well-known Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station shared a new certification for the device in the afternoon.

Redmi Note 12T mentioned by the GM of the brand, certification also arrives

The blogger said that both the Redmi Note 12T and the Realme GT Neo5 SE have obtained TENAA certification and that both smartphones will be equipped with the SM7475 chip. At the moment, Redmi's device is codenamed Redmi M16T and the release time is from late March to April.

The Redmi Note 12T series will be one of those that will mainly focus on performance. This is thanks to the previously mentioned processor, the Qualcomm SM7475, a chip that will be released under the name of Snapdragon 7+ Gen1, as already seen in several leaks. The processor adopts “1+3+4” three-cluster design consists of one super large core, three large cores and four small cores, respectively adopting Qualcomm Kryo Prime, Gold and Silver architectures and main core frequency super large and the large core is 2,4GHz, the frequency of the small core is about 1,8GHz.

Recall that, as mentioned earlier, Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing released a post on Weibo (China's Twitter) this morning suggesting that the new phone will arrive soon.

“After returning from a business trip, I felt a little sick, so I rested.

Recently, I saw everyone discussing a new 7475 chip. What kind of chip is it? ”

According to previous reports, the AnTuTu score of this chip is around 1 million points. For a mid-range processor, its performance is truly outstanding and it is certainly better than the previous generations of the Snapdragon 7 series, which can be considered a bit disappointing for Qualcomm.

Now we just have to wait for official confirmation in this regard.
