Redmi told us a little lie about the Redmi K30 Pro

Just two days ago, dear Manu Kumar Jain, ubiquitous on Twitter when it comes to breaking news about the new Redmi smartphones, told us a little lie. On the occasion of a nice handshake between him and the president of theIndian Space Research Organization (ISRO), the ninety piece of the Chinese giant told us that the Redmi K30 Pro's next smartphone will be the first to have the new Indian localization system Navíc, scientific name IRNSS. In fact, as the device to which it refers has not yet come out, another mobile device has stolen its primacy: it is Realme X50 Pro.

Redmi K30 Pro is not the first in the world to have the NAVIC location system

In the tweet below, we see the handshake between Manu Kumar Jain and the Dr. K Sivan, chairman of ISRO, the organization that is concerned with studying localization systems in India. For the uninitiated, Navíc is the Indian counterpart of the Global Positioning System (GPS).

Although we know that the fight between Redmi and Realme it is somewhat harsh and proceeds with digs which are not good for either the brand or users, many have felt "hurt" by this false statement. From poco in fact we discovered that the first smartphone in the world to integrate this feature is the rival Realme X50 Pro. This is nothing less than the direct opponent of Redmi K30 Pro which will probably hit the market on March 24th.

When Manu said "that upcoming #Redmi phone will be 1st in the world to feature @isro's #NavIC"Was referring to Redmi K30 Pro since among the devices in progress there are that and Redmi Note 9, of which, however, no official news has yet been given.

Compared to the new device coming soon, we know that it will mount the same processor as the contender, or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 and which will be fully compatible with the 5G network. It will also continue the line of pop-up camera (single certainly, double maybe) front of the predecessor Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. In addition to this it will support a fast charging with cable da 33w.
