Il Redmi K30, of which we have learned more details in the previous hours, it is not the only new Redmi device that we will see at the presentation event of the Chinese brand already scheduled for 10 December.
Together with the next flagship-killer, the RedmiBook 13 Full Screen Edition will also be announced, which as the name suggests is an upgrade of the cheapest laptop that will have even thinner edges. But this is not the only detail we already know.
RedmiBook 13: Unveiled some main features and features
The official account of Xiaomi has revealed additional specifications and features that we will find on board the laptop, starting with the new cooling system that uses ultra-thin aerospace-level fans. These should create more airflow, reducing both noise and consumption.
We also know that the RedmiBook 13 will adopt a high-performance processor, in particular a tenth-generation Intel Core i7 with a maximum clock of 4.9Ghz. The new CPU will bring an increase in performance of the 44,6 percent compared to the previous generation according to data published by Xiaomi.
Turning to the GPU side, the laptop will equip an NVIDIA GeForce MX250, so a very common graphics card in laptops in this range and that still allows you to play a large number of video games. This will have a TDP of 25W and will be supported by 2GB of GDDR5 RAM.
As for autonomy, the Chinese brand assures us that the laptop can run up to 11 hours on a single charge. Recharging will also be fast thanks to the integrated fast charging technology.
Despite the large battery that we will have on board the RedmiBook 13, Xiaomi assures us that the laptop will be very light, so much to be part of the ultra-book category. The same goes for the thickness, so it will be one of the most subtle presented by the Chinese brand. One step ahead of the first RedmiBook, which had its Achilles heel in its excessive size.
Xiaomi has also anticipated some software side functions such as the "Xiaomi Mutual Transmission", which will allow us to connect the smartphone to the laptop to share files, internet connection and much more. We will then have a feature that will let us unlock the laptop with, for example, a Xiaomi Mi Band 4, so there will be no need to enter the password for each use if we are wearing the fitness band.
Finally, on the RedmiBook 13 Chinese version we will find the Microsoft Office suite, for a value of about 748 Yuan, around 96 euros at the current exchange rate. This includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
