The upcoming RedmiBook Pro models will migrate to the Ryzen 5 and 7 APU

The last Redmi Book Pro were showed up just two weeks ago in China. They are characterized by a power (as always) truly remarkable and one disproportionate impact resistance. Suffice it to say that one of the models was put under a car and survived without any problems. Without a doubt the body is of excellent workmanship, but on the inside? For variants 14 and 15 standard the brand has opted for a Intel Core 11 Tiger Lake-H35 but for the S models we will switch to Ryze. Let's look at the details that have surfaced on GeekBench.

The new variants of RedmiBook Pro, called 14S and 15S, will focus on a lot of power while maintaining the resistance of the standard models

As with the previous generation of the RedmiBook Pro they are two S models are planned, called 14S and 15S. As the names suggest these variants will feature anything but hardware which will allow you to perform much harder tasks but with ease. We will move on to one Ryzen 5 and 7 series platform (for the two models respectively) from an Intel Core 11. The change in terms of performance is not minimal: we know that the Ryzen APUs are mostly used by gamers.

RedmiBook Pro 14S and 15S have already been identified in the database of Geekbench. Thanks to this, we know that the most powerful model uses Ryzen 7 5800H APU e Ryzen R5 5600H on the Zen 3 architecture, while the RedmiBook Pro 14s uses the Ryzen 7 5700U APU e Ryzen 5 5500U on the Zen 2 architecture. As for the other features, we believe there will be no changes. We therefore expect an all-metal body, 16 GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD and high-quality display with resolution of 3200 × 2000 pixels and a frequency of 90 Hz.

Clearly the two models 14S and 15S differ not only for the hardware platform but also for the . As the name suggests in one we will have a screen from 15.6 inches and on the other 14 inches. The resolution of the smaller model will be clearly lower from 2560 × 1440 pixels.
