After getting caught on the Geekbench benchmarking platform a few days ago, the next RedmiBook Pro series with the latest 11th generation Intel Core processors is back to being talked about today.

This time, however, it is official info, in fact they come from the brand's profile on the Chinese social network Weibo. In particular, Redmi revealed that the RedmiBook Pro will be presented next month.

As for the specs of the new RedmiBook Pro 15 series, these are not yet known, but as previously mentioned the 5th generation Core i7 and i11 versions of the notebook were spotted on Geekbench 5 last week. Specifically, the site revealed that the models with the Core i5-11300H CPU and the one with the Core i7-11370H CPU are both equipped with 16 GB of RAM and run with the Windows 10 operating system.

At the same time, RedmiBook 15S models with AMD Ryzen processors were also seen on the same benchmarking platform. In this case we have the version with the Ryzen 5 5600H CPU which is in 8 GB and 16 GB RAM variants, while the Ryzen 7 5800H model was caught with 16 GB of RAM.

In any case, according to the Chinese media, the launch event of the Redmi K40 series is already set for the month of February and there is the possibility that the company can use the same event to announce the RedmiBook Pro 15 and Pro 15S. For the prices, at the moment we only know that the series Redmi K40 will start at 2999 Yuan, about 380 euros for the version with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 CPU, while the Redmi K40 Pro should arrive with the Snapdragon 888 chipset, a flat display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a large battery that measures more than 4.000 mAh and a starting price of 3299 yuan (420 euros). It is also speculated that there may be two models of the K40 with Snapdragon 888 that will debut together next month.

Do you know if it also has a webcam, a backlit keyboard or a fingerprint sensor? These were the only shortcomings the last redmibook had, it would be nice to see some improvements.
