After having discovered yesterday that Xiaomi has already ready the next RedmiBook Pro series with the brand new 35th generation Intel Tiger Lake H11 processor presented shortly before at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2021 technology fair, new information regarding laptops of the Chinese brand have just appeared on the well-known Geekbench benchmark platform. Specifically, we found two new laptops, the first called RedmiBook Pro 15 and the second with the name of RedmiBook Pro 15S.
RedmiBook Pro 15 and 15S caught on Geekbench with Intel Core i7-11370H and AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
As we can see from the screenshots above, the RedmiBook 15 Pro series got caught on Geekbench 5 in 5th Gen Intel Core i7 and Core i11 editions. Both models adopt 16 GB of RAM and are pre-installed with Windows 10. As for the scores, the model with an Intel Core i5 -11300H on board obtained a score of 1447 in single core mode and 4885 in multi core mode . The more performing variant (and therefore also more expensive) with an Intel Core i7 -11370H under the body scored 1545 in the single core test and 4902 in the multi core test.
But it doesn't end there, because Redmi's laptop will also be available with the latest generation AMD CPU. In particular we will have the RedmiBook Pro 15S with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H on board coupled with 8 GB or 16 GB of RAM, while the more premium version with Ryzen 7 5800H will adopt 16 GB of RAM. As usual, both models run on the Windows 10 operating system.
Moving on to the scores, we have the variant with Ryzen 5 5600H and 8 GB of RAM which recorded 1322 and 5793 points in the single core and multi core tests respectively. The 16GB RAM variant got 1311 and 5787 respectively. Finally, the model with Ryzen 7 5800H scored 1197 and 6865 in both tests. We note that both RedmiBook Pro 15S notebooks will be equipped with a Radeon graphics card.
