[Rumors] A Xiaomi Millet SmartWatch is coming

Since its establishment, Hugo Barra has often stated the need to expand the Xiaomi market globally. Declarations that were soon associated with the possibility of expansion to new areas, the SmartWatch.

After months, just this week, "fresh" items come in. The site Mydrive, through anonymous sources, it became aware that the watch manufacturer Millet is about to start a mass production of futuristic watches based on the MIUI interface, suitably modified.

There is no news about hardware equipment, but it seems that it will be introduced to the market at a competitive price far below that of the current SmartWatch. In spite of this, it will not march on multimedia equipment and cloud-based operation.

Regardless of rumors, we do not bother to believe that Hugo Barra's Xiaomi decides to add a SmartWatch to its technology park as well as Sony and Samsung in the western market, but especially because the eastern market has already presented good terminals.

Will the Xiaomi become the protagonist as in telephony or will it remain outside? We'll see…
