Xiaomi's First SUV Roadmap Leaks: Here Are the Details

Recently, a roadmap released by Bosch accidentally revealed the plans of Xiaomi for the launch of its next cars. According to reports, Xiaomi plans to launch two new models in 2025: Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and the first SUV, codenamed MX11. In addition, the first SUV with a “long-range propulsion system” will be launched in 2026. Both SUVs will be equipped with rear-wheel steering systems.

La Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, in its mass production version, will be launched in the first quarter of 2025. The official images of the prototype show a car equipped with numerous sporty kits, including a large spoiler, a front lip, side skirts and a rear diffuser. The overall design conveys a strong sense of sportiness. The car's body dimensions are 5260 mm in length, 2064 mm in width and 1406 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3000 mm.

In terms of power, the prototype of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is equipped with two V8 motors and one V6 motor, having a maximum power of 1548 horsepower.Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes just 1,97 seconds, with a top speed of over 350 km/h. In addition, the car is equipped with CATL's track-specific Kirin II high-power battery pack. Although the mass production model will use the same chassis structure, three motors and battery pack as the prototype, it may not use a carbon fiber chassis due to the high cost of carbon fiber materials.

Il Xiaomi's first SUV, with code name MX11, is scheduled for release in 2025. The car adopts a fastback coupe SUV design style. Combining the hypothetical renderings and the camouflaged real images, the MX11 will continue to focus on sportiness, with a long hood and a short front overhang design. The roofline begins to slope significantly from the D-pillar position, and the overall styling is similar to the Ferrari Purosangue.

Chinese media also noted that the third model, codenamed N3, will use a “long-range propulsion system“. It is reported that the Xiaomi N3 will adopt a six-seater layout and will feature a rear steering system, but there is currently little information on this model.

Furthermore, the information released by Bosch shows that the Xiaomi SU7 and MX11 will adopt advanced battery solutions DPB braking (electronically assisted braking system) and ESP (electronic stability program), While the Xiaomi N3 will adopt the Bosch IPB 2.0 intelligent braking system, which could be the latest generation of Bosch braking technology.
