One of the most controversial topics concerning Xiaomi is the position of POCOPHONE, a sub brand based in India that brought a real for the first time flagship killer, or a device with top of the range features (at the time) at a very low price. We said "controversial" because it was never clear, starting a few months after the release of POCOPHONE F1, what was the trend that the company intended to take. This doubt arose, after all, from discrepancy with the Xiaomi philosophy and all other brands: many new smartphones within poco time. But there is a new one: Alvin Tse announced that in 2020 there will be news about the brand. Whether it is POCOPHONE F2?

To be honest there is no official communication from the company or from the ninety piece Alvin Tse. However a post on Twitter began to dream of all fans fond of the low cost smartphone par excellence.

A user tired of waiting and worried about the fate of the company, and therefore of his device, was banned and quoted POCOPHONE global on Twitter. In particular asked what the future of the brand will be. Surprisingly, the respondent replied that in 2020 there will be news about it POCOPHONE. Now, thinking about the products of the Indian giant, it is excluded that it can be TWS or similar headphones. The most quoted hypothesis therefore is that the POCOPHONE F2 is upon us and which will see its release next year, possibly during the Q1 (first quarter of the year).
This could be the ideal period for the brand to launch its new smartphone since it is precisely at this moment that companies decide to offer the devices on the market. It is so for Xiaomi with the Mi 10 and for Oppo with the Find X2. For the moment nothing is known about the device in question if not a possible one back design: continuing on the line of the first device, the POCOPHONE F2 will have a photographic compartment with a central traffic light, possibly formed by 3 or 4 sensors. As for the specifications, if the company decides to aim high as it has already done, nothing would exclude that the device mounts the brand new processor Snapdragon 865.
That said, we just have to wait for the new year, with the bib in the mouth for the device that will come.
