Ending the sale of Xiaomi Mi3 in India indefinitely!

Xiaomi has suspended the sale of Xiaomi Mi3 in India indefinitely, a choice that could turn out to be a win.

Since Xiaomi began marketing the Mi3 in India, the 22 July, the company has carried forward six flash sales, as traditionally Xiaomi, selling a total of around 100.000 units. This generated quite a few complaints among Indian users, as the demand for the product was considerably higher than the stocks put up for sale, a factor that exposed Xiaomi to multiple controversies.

From the interviews released by Hugo Barra, we therefore learn that the sales of the Mi3 will be suspended indefinitely, and that Xiaomi will focus on a new model for the Indian market, the Xiaomi Redmi 1S. The choice comes from the increased production facility of Xiaomi Redmi 1S, which will allow the Chinese giant, albeit with the usual sales, to enter a number of satisfactory stocks on the Indian market, or at least this is the company's hope.

Each new country teaches Xiaomi that leaving the Chinese borders there are many problems to be faced. We will continue to follow the exploits of Hugo Barra and Xiaomi carefully, observing how the company responds to adaptation to new markets.
