Today I want to talk to you about the Titan Army P27GR, a gaming monitor that is excellent for gaming but also perfect for working or watching multimedia content. PACKAGE Titan Army P27GR
The monitor will arrive with very light and compact packaging, but it will be very well protected. Inside you will find:
- Titan Army P27GR Monitor
- Vertical support
- Base support
- DP cable
- Feeder
- Instruction booklet

Titan Army P27GR ASSEMBLY
Assembly will take you no more than 2 minutes! Really very simple, without screws and everything interlocking. You will first have to insert the vertical support into the support base and then the monitor into the vertical support. The monitor is very light, only about 3.5Kg, so it will not be necessary to fix the monitor to the support first.

AESTHETICS AND DIMENSIONS
Aesthetically I like the monitor; on the bottom side we find the brand logo and the function keys while the remaining 3 sides are clean and borderless. The weight is really limited, to be precise only 3,65Kg so it is also easy to move. The dimensions are 614.3×366.8×57.2mm which become 614.3 450.9 × × 218.5mm when we install the base. The base is “slightly” hexagonal square and measures 22x21cm, form factor that I always prefer because it is easier to place on the desk compared to those with strange shapes (especially triangular ones). Unfortunately the height is not adjustable because the vertical support is fixed and this is a limitation that I don't like very much, so we will have to put some spacers underneath to find the right height. The inclination is adjustable and goes from -5 to +20°

INPUTS
As inputs we find what can essentially be useful in 2024:
- 2 x HDMI 2.0
- 2 x DisplayPort 1.4
- 1 x audio output
- DC (power input)

As soon as we turn on the monitor, the language menu will appear where we can choose Italian.

To access the OSD menu and navigate within it, simply click on the “O” button, the first of the 5 you will find below, at the bottom right. The functions of the buttons are as follows:

Through the On Screen Display we can modify all the parameters and personalize the display as much as we prefer. We will be able to select video inputs, enable options, change presets, in short the core of our Titan Army resides here. At the top we find 3 hexagons that contain the current refresh rate, resolution and HDR mode. Below are all the menus and submenus available

Here they are in detail

As you can see, the customization can be truly total and especially for gaming you will have many options. In addition to the possibility of manually modifying all the classic parameters (brightness, contrast, etc.) you can enjoy 10 presets that will satisfy everyone's needs. I use it in standard mode and I find it very good. With Game + and game help you will then enter a world apart where you can indulge in the search for the best performance for using the monitor in extreme gaming sessions. The possibility of using the PIB is excellent, therefore splitting the images of 2 different input sources on the screen and in this way always having 2 PCs connected and active.
As for the 2 buttons ⇩⇧ they can be set with the list of settings listed above to be usable as a shortcut by directly pressing the button in question
IMAGE QUALITY Titan Army P27GR
Let's say that nowadays monitors have made a big leap compared to those of past years, so it's difficult to find devices that disappoint. However, I must admit that this is the second Titan Army (here you can find the review of the ) that I try and the quality is really high. The excellent resolution 2K - 2560 × 1440 It's a very good start which combined with the refresh rate that reaches up to 180Hz and the answer GTG of 1ms make it a very good monitor for gaming. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me was the brightness that already at 70% is "blinding" so excellent for those who will have to use it in very bright rooms, also considering that the screen is anti-glare.
THEHDR10 I must say that it works well making the colors brighter and more detailed, even if for my personal taste I prefer not to use it on PC monitors. Excellent reproduction of the color range, 99% sRGB, 90% DCI-P3 and good too blue light filter.
I remember that these are all fundamental features for gamers but that they are very important for those who use the monitor for work (like me). There is a big difference between spending 8 hours in front of a FHD screen at 60Hz and a 2K at 180Hz
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
As always, the final considerations pass through the question of price. Given its characteristics I can safely say that the TITAN ARMY P27GR it could be a monitor with a list price of around €250/280, instead its price is incredibly only €199. Naturally at this price every consideration that can be made changes. Among other things, I have only found one negative aspect, namely the impossibility of adjusting it in height, so everything good that I can say necessarily becomes EXCELLENT if compared to the very low price. For this amount you will take home a Gaming Monitor 27", 2K, 180HZ, 1ms GTG, HDR10, with blue light filter, an infinite number of gaming modes and much more. So without a doubt, if you have a limited budget, I would recommend this product especially today that we find it on offer with a further discount!
