Living launched the new series today in China S19 of smartphones, which includes models standard and Pro. The new smartphones stand out for a renewed design and some improvements.
Official Vivo S19 and Vivo S19 Pro: two mid-rangers with top-of-the-range features
Starting with the display, the Vivo S19 and S19 Pro come with one OLED screen from 6,78 inches with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate has always been peak brightness of 4.500 nits. Both phones integrate a fingerprint scanner: the first has a flat panel, while the second has curved edges.
On the optical front, the Vivo sxnumx It has a dual rear camera that includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS and a 8MP ultra-wide angle lens. The S19 Pro, however, features a triple rear camera setup that includes a Sony IMX921 from 50MP with OIS, a 8MP ultra-wide angle lens and an50MP telephoto unit with OIS and digital zoom 50x. Both phones come with LED ring flash. The S19 duo is equipped with a front camera from 50MP for selfies.
Under the hood, the Vivo S19 is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, the same as its predecessor. Also the S19 Pro it is powered by the same chipset as the S18 Pro, the Dimension 9200+. Both phones deliver up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal memory.
The S19 series comes with improved batteries: i standard and Pro models are supported by 6.000mAh and 5.500mAh cells respectively. Both support the 80W wired charging. Smartphones run with OriginOS 4 based on Android 14.
The S19 series is available in Blue, Grey, Peach (Standard) and Green (Pro) color options. The S19 Pro is equipped with IP68 and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance.
Prices and availability
Il Vivo S19 starts from 2499 Yuan (around €344) for the basic 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB option costs 2699 Yuan (around €372). The 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB configurations are priced at 2999 Yuan (approximately €413) and 3299 Yuan (approximately €455) respectively.
The same configurations mentioned as the Vivo S19 Pro have a price of 3299 Yuan (approximately €455), 3499 Yuan (approximately €482), 3799 Yuan (approximately €523) and 3999 Yuan (approximately €551).
