Vivo has just officially launched the new Live V50 in India. Among the main new features are a 6.000 mAh battery with 90W wired charging and a modern design.

The Vivo V50 maintains a 6,77-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz, ensuring a smooth and responsive viewing experience. The panel features a trendy quad-curved design with a thinner curvature than the previous model. Additionally, the device is equipped with Diamond Shield Glass, which Vivo says offers improved shock resistance over the V40. Peak brightness now reaches 4.500 nits, making the display highly visible even in direct sunlight.
In addition to battery from 6.000 mAh and 90W wired charging mentioned above, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset at the helm, combined with a maximum of 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, without expansion slots. This ensures that the device can handle the most demanding applications and multitasking without any problems.
As for photography, the Vivo V50 features a three 50MP cameras with Zeiss optics. The 50MP main camera (23mm equivalent) features optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide angle with autofocus and a 50MP front-facing camera for high-quality selfies. This setup promises detailed, high-quality shots in a variety of lighting conditions.
On the software side, the Vivo V50 comes with Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. Vivo guarantees three Android updates and four years of security patches, ensuring that the device remains up to date and secure for a long time. The device is IP68/69 certified against water and dust and features an optical fingerprint sensor integrated into the display, offering security and convenience.
The Vivo V50 is available in three elegant colors: Rose Red, Starry Night and Titanium Grey. In India, the price is set at INR 34.999 (roughly Rs. 374) for the 8/128GB variant and goes up to INR 40.999 (roughly Rs. 437) for the top-end 12/512GB variant. Sales will start on February 25 on Vivo India’s official online store and partner retailers.
