A new leak from XpertPick has revealed the device’s full specifications ahead of time, teasing features that could make it one of the most advanced foldables on the market.
According to rumors, the Vivo X Fold 5 will feature a 6,53-inch LTPO OLED external display, with a 120Hz refresh rateThe internal foldable display will be an 8,03-inch AMOLED, also with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2K resolution, offering a fluid and detailed visual experience, ideal for multitasking and multimedia content.
The heart of the Vivo X Fold 5 will be the Snapdragon 8 Gen3, the same processor found in the X Fold 3 Pro, ensuring high-level performance for all daily activities, from gaming to productivity. The chipset will be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, ensuring smooth management of large apps and files.

The photographic sector stands out for a system composed of three 50MP sensorsa Sony IMX921 as a principal, a ultra-wide with autofocus and an IMX882 with 3x optical zoom, ensuring versatility and quality in shooting. For selfies, Vivo could integrate two 32MP cameras, one on the external display and one inside the foldable screen.
One of the distinctive aspects of the Vivo X Fold 5 will be its battery 6000mAh, the largest ever mounted on a foldable smartphone, which promises extended battery life even with intense use. Despite the battery capacity, the device will maintain compact dimensions, with a just 4,3mm thick when open and 9,3mm when closed.
At the level of charging, the device will support 90W wired and 30W wireless, ensuring fast charging times both via cable and wirelessly.

The leak suggests that the Vivo X Fold 5 will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an uncommon feature in foldables. It will also feature a three-level Alert Slider, allowing users to easily manage notifications and usage modes.
The device will also include advanced AI tools, improving the user experience through intelligent optimizations for photography, multitasking and energy management. Finally, it will be equipped with a IP certification, ensuring protection against dust and water. For comparison, the X Fold 3 Pro had an IPX4 certification, so it's possible that the new model offers even better protection.
