A few hours ahead of the official launch, the Geekbuying seems to have already listed the new Xiaomi 12. The smartphone in China version (with English language) can already be pre-ordered on the site at the price of 1156.99€ (link).
The Xiaomi 12 already appears in pre-order before the presentation
The Geekbuying list also shows us some of the specifications of the device, such as the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor with a maximum frequency of 3.0GHz, accompanied by an Adreno730 as a GPU, 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory.
The store also seems to confirm that the Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with a 6,28-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and DisplayMate rating, as well as a 5000mAh battery and the dimensions of 164.3mm x 74.6mm x 8.38mm for a weight of 234. grams.
As for cameras, the page mentions the presence of a front and three rear sensors. As we know, the main rear camera uses a 50 megapixel sensor, the Sony IMX766, which can be defined as one of the best on the market and which we find on several flagships. The other two cameras on the back are still an unknown but we expect to find an ultra wide lens and a telephoto lens or alternatively a depth sensor.
As for the other specifications, according to previous leaks, the 6,28-inch screen should support a refresh rate of 120Hz, as well as the standard HDR10 + and Dolby Vision.
While from a charging standpoint, we expect support for 67W wired fast charging, accompanied by 30W wireless charging. Obviously we will find the NFC function and the new MIUI 13 operating system.
In any case, the smartphone will be officially released very soon so we will have all the official data. If, on the other hand, you can't wait, here you can go to the Geekbuying store to pre-order it, remembering that it is the China version (with English language available).
