Xiaomi 12 Ultra and 12S Pro Dimensity Edition certified: launch in July?

Today two Xiaomi branded smartphones were caught on a Chinese certification site with the model numbers "2207122MC" and "2203121C", it is assumed that these are the next Xiaomi 12S Pro and Xiaomi 12 Ultra respectively.

Xiaomi 12 Ultra and 12S Pro with Dimensity 9000 certified: launch in July?

In particular, according to previous reports, the first would be the Xiaomi 12S Pro Dimensity Edition. Compared to the Xiaomi 12 Pro, the biggest change in the Mi 12S Pro Dimensity version is that it will be equipped with the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor. This would be the first time that the Xiaomi flagship series uses a MediaTek 5G chip, as well as becoming the first smartphone with Xiaomi's Dimensity 9000.

Recall that this chip adopts TSMC's 4nm manufacturing process and is composed of 1 Cortex-X2 super core, 3 Cortex-A710 large cores and 4 Cortex-A510 small cores. While the GPU is an ARM Mali-G710. AnTuTu's overall score exceeded 1 million points.

As for other specs, the Xiaomi 12S Pro Dimensity Edition should continue to adopt a 2K LTPO 2.0 display on the 12 Pro. This screen can intelligently adjust the refresh rate of 1-120 Hz, making it the best 2K screen ever used by. Xiaomi.

Finally, the 12S Pro Dimensity Edition is expected to support 67W wired fast charging and 50W wireless flash charging.

Moving on to the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, as we know this device will be the result of a collaboration between Xiaomi and Leica.

The smartphone is expected to come with three cameras on the back, namely a large main camera, an ultra wide-angle one and a periscope telephoto lens. It is expected to support OIS optical image stabilization and at the same time join the Leica image algorithm. This means features like Leica 8K film master video filter, Leica natural color and black and white filter and so on.

Xiaomi 11Ultra

For the rest, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will equip the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chip, a 67 W wired charging and a 50 W wireless fast charging, therefore the same as the 12S Pro.

The two smartphones are expected to launch in July.
