Xiaomi 12T Pro certified in Malaysia: 200MP camera coming in September
Today it has in fact been discovered that the next Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro have obtained the Malaysian SIRIM certification, with the model numbers that are respectively 22071212AG and 22081212UG. The Xiaomi 12T Pro is thought to be nothing more than a rebrand of the Redmi K50 Extreme Edition, but with some differences.
Mainly we refer to the leaks that give the Xiaomi 12T Pro with a rear main camera having the incredible resolution of 200MP, in particular the new Samsung ISOCELL Bright HP1 sensor will be used and the sensor size reaches 1 / 1,22 inches. While the main camera on board the Redmi K50 Extreme Edition has a resolution of 100MP, which is the Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM6 sensor.
Furthermore, the sensor used by the Xiaomi 12T Pro has a unitary pixel area of 0,64μm and supports ChameleonCell pixel synthesis technology. In a low-light environment, Samsung's 200MP can be synthesized into large 1,28μm pixels to generate 50MP photos.
In terms of screen, the Xiaomi 12T Pro will be equipped with a 1,5K flat screen with a resolution of 2712 * 1220 and 446PPi. The sharpness will be directly comparable to that of the iPhone 13 Pro Max (458PPI) and in common use it is very close to 2K screens in terms of details.
As for the other specifications, the Xiaomi 12T Pro will be equipped with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ processor and supports 120W wired flash charging, while the Xiaomi 12T will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 series processor.
