Xiaomi 12T Pro spotted in the IMEI database: possible launch by the end of the month

After weeks of leaks regarding the next Xiaomi 12T series, today the first concrete proof of its future arrival has finally leaked online.

Xiaomi 12T Pro spotted in the IMEI database: possible launch by the end of the month

A smartphone with model number “22081212UG” would have just been loaded into the IMEI database. It is thought that this is the next Xiaomi 12T Pro. Unfortunately, however, as usual, the IMEI site does not show us any other details.

However, remember that it was previously said that the Xiaomi 12T Pro has the code name "diting". Furthermore, the 12T Pro could be the first smartphone to integrate a 200 MP camera sensor (sensor most likely produced by Samsung), this should be one of the distinctive features of the terminal. Of course, the smartphone will also be powered by the most powerful new processor on the market, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

As for the other specifications, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to come with a 5.000 mAh battery, along with support for 120 W fast charging. It will have a large OLED-type screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

In any case, the Xiaomi 12T series shouldn't be too far off. The basic version was in fact recently spotted on the FCC certification site. This model is expected to be equipped with a 50 megapixel main camera, Dimensity 8100 chipset and 67W fast charging power. The rest of its specs should be similar to those of the Pro model.

In conclusion, it is very likely that the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro will go on sale in Europe towards the end of this month. We also point out that the two devices could be launched in the motherland (China) with the names of Redmi K50S and Redmi K50S Pro.
