While we don't have an official launch date for the global version of the Xiaomi 13 series, today a French leakster revealed the prices of the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro.
Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro: Global version prices revealed
Going into detail, according to the source, the Xiaomi 13 with 256GB of internal memory and in Black / Green / White colors will be sold in France at a price of 999 euros. While the Xiaomi 13 Pro with 256GB of internal memory and in Black / White colors will have a price of 1299 euros. Prices in our country may differ by a dozen euros, but not much more.
Recall that the Xiaomi 12 in the 8 GB / 256 GB variant cost 899 euros. The Xiaomi 12 Pro cost 1099 euros for the 8GB/256GB version and 1199 euros for the 12GB/256GB version. So if this leak is confirmed, prices have increased by around 100 euros compared to last year. That said, we still don't know if the 256GB of internal storage mentioned by the leakster is paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM.
As for availability however, both devices will be available for purchase starting from 8 March 2023, while the pre-order start date has not yet been defined (or the leakster is not aware of it).
Let's quickly recap the specs of the Xiaomi 13 which comes with a 6,36-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, along with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage.
For photos, we find a 800 MP Sony IMX50 sensor, a 12 MP ultra wide angle lens and a 10 MP telephoto lens. On the other hand, there is a 32 MP front camera.
Lastly, the Xiaomi 13 comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W super-fast wired charging, 50W fast wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
As for the Xiaomi 13 Pro, the device comes with a 6,73-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The 13 Pro is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, along with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of UFS 4.0 internal memory.
For photos, the Xiaomi 13 Pro has a 989MP Sony IMX50 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens. Here too we find a 32MP selfie cam.
Lastly, the 13 Pro comes with a 4820mAh battery that supports 120W super-fast wired charging, 50W fast wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
