The main one is represented by a 800 megapixel Sony IMX50 sensor with optical stabilization Hyperois and f/1.8 lens aperture. The camera has a resolution of 10 megapixels, optical stabilization and provides one zoom 3,2x. The 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens lets you take photos with a 120-degree field of view.

Xiaomi 13 Pro instead presents a 6 ″ AMOLED E6.78 display with resolution 2K, LTPO technology, dynamic refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz and a PWM dimming frequency at 1920 Hz to reduce flicker. The display is curved on the sides and covered with Gorilla Glass Victus 5 tempered glass. The smartphone is based on the new flagship processor Snapdragon 8 Gen2. It also uses the fastest memory chips: LPDDR5X RAM (up to 12GB) and UFS 4.0 memory (up to 512GB). Completing the picture is a battery from 4820 mAh. Declared support for fast charging from 120 watts, which allows you to recharge energy in 19 minutes, and 50W wireless, using which you can get 100% recharge in 36 minutes.
Xiaomi 13 Pro has three 50-megapixel cameras each. The main module is represented by a 989-inch Sony IMX1 sensor with 8 lens objective, f/1.9 aperture and HyperOIS optical stabilization system. The camera itself allows you to take pictures with a double zoom with a resolution of 12,5 megapixels without loss of quality. Next is a TV camera with focal length equivalent to 75 mm with optical stabilization, providing 3,2x optical zoom. The telephoto uses a “floating” lens system, which allows you to change the focal length and take macro photos with a 3,2x zoom from a distance of 10cm. Finally, the ultra wide angle camera allows you to shoot with a 115-degree field of view. All this is complemented by Leica optics and processing algorithms from a German company.

Xiaomi 13 Lite equipped with a display Curved 6.55″ AMOLED on the sides and a cutout double camera selfies. The sensors are from 32 and 8 megapixels. The panel has Full HD + resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, integrated fingerprint scanner and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protective coating. The "heart" of Xiaomi 13 Lite is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, supported by 8 GB of RAM, the amount of built-in storage, depending on the configuration, will be 128 or 256 GB. The firmware is MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
The back panel of the device houses a triple main camera with sensors for 50 (main, Sony IMX766), 20 (ultra wide angle lens) and 2 megapixels (macro lens).
