This morning, Wang Teng, the general manager of Xiaomi's Henan branch, said that the new Xiaomi 13 Xinyang Exclusive Edition was officially launched today. Wang Teng further said that "even government and corporate customers can now use Xiaomi's flagship products".
The difference from the ordinary retail version is that the new special edition has a white design element and comes with the slogan “Look at Xinyang for a better life” printed in the middle, the top should be Xinyang horizontal pattern, and the upper bottom is the logo of "Xiaomi13 Xinyang Exclusive Custom Edition"; even the background of the phone echoes the motif that we find on the packaging.
Wang Teng also finally said that the smartphone is lightly customized with accents to reflect the elements of Xinyang.
Let us note that in April last year, Xinyang Mobile and Xiaomi Henan Branch held a press conference for Xiaomi's unique customized phone called “See Xinyang for a Better Life”, in that case it was a special version based on the Redmi Notes 11E. The device came with preset application scenarios and convenient service apps suitable for the elderly, that was also the first time that Xiaomi Group customized specifically for a city.
Returning to the Xiaomi13 Xinyang Exclusive Custom Edition, the internal specifications remain the same as the ordinary version. This means that we find a 6,36-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480Hz.
The Xiaomi 13 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, along with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage.
For photos, we find a 800 MP Sony IMX50 sensor, a 12 MP ultra wide angle lens and a 10 MP telephoto lens. On the other hand, there is a 32 MP front camera.
Lastly, the Xiaomi 13 comes with a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W super-fast wired charging, 50W fast wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
