
With the long-awaited launch of the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro Due this month, expectations are high, especially considering they will be among the first devices to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. Well, a new leak, reported by Smartprix, revealed the refined design of the back of the Xiaomi 15 Pro.
Xiaomi 15 Pro: the design of the next top of the range leaks

The Pro model maintains the square island design of the camera of its predecessor. However, the location of the flash module outside the camera island suggests the possible presence of an additional camera inside the island itself. Additionally, the back plate appears to have flatter edges than the Xiaomi 14 Pro, giving the device a more modern and clean look.
Leaked images suggest that the Xiaomi 15 Pro will be available in three colors: Black, White and Silver. According to a report, Xiaomi will also offer aspecial edition in Titanium, adding a touch of exclusivity to the range. The Xiaomi logo maintains a similar position and size to the previous model, and the central frame retains the same flat design.

Another interesting detail concerns the LEICA branding, which is positioned in the center of the four circular camera cutouts, like last year. Speaking of cameras, the Xiaomi 15 Pro should offer a 5x periscope telephoto lens (120mm), a notable improvement over its predecessor. In this context, the relocation of the flash module suggests that the phone could feature two telephoto lenses: a 3x telephoto lens and a 5x periscope telephoto lens.
While the phone looks similar to its predecessor, Xiaomi has apparently adjusted the design and interior layout to accommodate a much larger battery. The well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has previously stated that the phone will feature a 6000mAh silicon-anode battery, a significant improvement over the 4880mAh capacity of the Xiaomi 14 Pro. Silicon-anode batteries offer significantly higher energy density than traditional graphite-anode batteries, making it easier to fit greater capacity into a compact volume.
