Today the well-known leakster Digital Chat Station shed light on the upcoming smartphone Xiaomi 15, which is expected to debut towards the end of 2024. This device promises to be one of the first to adopt the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor and represents the company's next top of the range.

As revealed by the leakster, the Xiaomi 15 will come with one 1.5K flat screen, the same size as previous models. The new device will come with an updated operating system and AI features, which promise to elevate the user experience to new levels of intelligence and personalization. Another interesting new feature will be support forultrasonic fingerprint under the screen, which guarantees greater safety and a rapid response to touch.
The beating heart of this smartphone will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor, which ensures high-level performance and optimized energy efficiency.
As for the design, the Xiaomi 15 in the basic version should feature a metal frame and a glass body, with a high-quality DECO positioned in the upper left corner. The flash, similar to that of the larger models, will be external, while the lens design will see the periscope telephoto lens transform into a vertical telephoto lens.
Recall that the predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 was launched on October 26, 2023 in China with a starting price of 3999 yuan (510 euros). This model was equipped with a 6.36-inch flat OLED screen with a resolution of 2670x1200, an extremely thin vertical frame of 1.61mm and a design with rounded corners, available in four colors and two different finishes.
