Xiaomi 15 Ultra: here's the photo of the back (leak)

A photo leaked on Weibo has revealed in detail the back of the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the top of the range from the Chinese company for mobile photography enthusiasts. This image confirms many of the previous rumors regarding the device's camera configuration.

The back of the 15 Ultra features a circular island for the cameras, which houses a four-sensor configuration. At the center of the island, is the 200MP periscope sensor with a focal length of 100mm, positioned at the top. Below it, is the IMX858 secondary telephoto sensor. To the left and right of the island are aligned the 50MP main sensor and the 50MP ultrawide sensor, respectively.

The leaked photo also shows a notable thickness of the central frame of the device, confirming the presence of a wireless charging coil visible, which supports wireless charging. This detail is in line with previous rumors that indicated support for wireless charging.

In addition to the camera setup, the 15 Ultra is expected with a 6,7-inch LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hze micro-curved edges. The device will feature an integrated ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for quick and secure unlocking. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, ensuring powerful and smooth performance. The 6.000mAh battery will support 90W wired charging , wireless charging from 80W. From the software point of view, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will run on HyperOS 2.0, based on Android 15.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to debut in China in early 2025, with a global launch expected during Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025.

In any case, the leaked photo of the 15 Ultra’s back offers a detailed look at the device’s camera setup, confirming many of the previous rumors. So the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2025.
