Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro: Renders and Specs Reveal Everything
Aesthetically, both models adopt a modern design with a large display and thin bezels. However, the 15T Pro stands out with a metal frame, which gives it a more premium feel, while the base model opts for a plastic body, a choice that helps keep costs down.
The display is one of the series' strong points: both feature a 6,83-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2772 × 1280 pixels, support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and peak brightness of up to 3.200 nits. The difference lies in the refresh rate: 120Hz for the 15T, 144Hz for the Pro, ideal for those looking for extreme fluidity.
On the performance front, Xiaomi has chosen two MediaTek chips: the Dimensity 8400 Ultra for the 15T and the more powerful Dimensity 9400+ for the Pro. Both models offer 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage, with no microSD expansion.
The camera department marks another clear distinction. The 15T Pro integrates a 900MP Light Fusion 50 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with 5x zoom (Samsung JN5), and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. The 15T, on the other hand, relies on a 800MP Light Fusion 50 sensor, a 2x telephoto lens without OIS, and the same 12MP ultra-wide lens. Both share a 32MP front camera with a 120-degree field of view and Leica optimization.
The battery is 5.500mAh on both models, but the charging speed varies: 67W for the 15T, 90W for the Pro. Neither includes a charger in the box. Both are IP68 certified, support eSIM and weigh 194g and 210g respectively.
Leaked prices are €649 for the 15T and €799 for the 15T Pro, placing them in the mid-to-high range and offering good value. Expected colors include black, gray, and gold, with the Pro possibly also boasting a copper finish.
