According to the latest from China, the series Xiaomi 16Ultra will debut with a range of models that promise to raise the bar even further in the flagship segment. According to the blog Xiaomitime, which analyzed the GSMA IMEI database, have been identified five model codes which seem to correspond to different variants of the future Xiaomi 16 Ultra and a possible “Ultra Max” version.
Xiaomi 16 Ultra Series Certified: There Will Be an “Ultra Max” Model

The first three codes — 2512BPNDAC, 2512BPNDAI and 2512BPNDG —seem to refer to the Chinese, Indian, and international versions of the Xiaomi 16 Ultra, respectively. The naming follows the logic already adopted by Xiaomi to distinguish the regional variants of its flagship devices. Although there are no official specifications yet, the simultaneous presence of these three versions suggests a coordinated global launch, scheduled for December 2025.
Making the discovery even more interesting is the identification of two other codes: 25128PNA1C and 25128PNA1G, which according to analysts could represent a superior variant, called Xiaomi 16 Ultra Max o Xiaomi 16S Ultra. The suffix “P1S” used internally could indicate a similar positioning to that of the “Pro Max” seen in other brands, with improvements in photography, display or battery life.

Rumors suggest that the 16 Ultra will feature a 6,85-inch LTPO OLED display with 2K+ resolution, ultra-thin symmetrical edges and flat technology, also shared with the future Xiaomi 16 Pro. The panel should support refresh rate at 120Hz, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and a peak brightness of up to 3200 nits, making it one of the most advanced on the market.
On the hardware front, it is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, with a 6.000mAh battery and support for 90W fast charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
On the photographic front, the Ultra model It could integrate four 50MP sensors, including a periscope with 5x optical zoom, an ultra-wide angle, a telephoto lens and a Sony LYT-900 main camera, with support for 8K video recording, Dolby Vision, 10-bit log and advanced night mode.
The expected price for the base model is around $1.500 (about €1.390), while the Ultra Max variant could exceed €1.700, positioning it as one of the most expensive devices ever made by Xiaomi.
