Today we offer a simple guide, perhaps obvious, but not for all because too often we read in the comments on our Facebook page the difficulties and requests for help from users who are in confusion with the Android One terminals of the brand Xiaomi, ie A1, Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite. Unlike the other smartphones offered by the Chinese house, the Android One devices do not require waiting times to unlock the bootloader due to the stock firmware of the terminals, and you do not even need to use the Mi Unlock tool, but you will simply need a PC Windows, ADB drivers and Fastboot installed (look for the drivers for your terminal on the Internet if you do not already have them) and a USB cable to connect your smartphone to your PC. It is recommended before starting any modding operation to make sure you have at least the 70% charge on the smartphone to be modded in order to avoid any problems.
IMPORTANT: the procedure described presents complex operations which, if performed incorrectly, could damage your device. It is recommended to run only by users who have gained good experience in modding. Xiaomitoday.it staff will not be held responsible for any damage to the device. This procedure involves formatting the phone and the consequent loss of all data: it is recommended to make a backup.

TWRP installation
It seems obvious to say, but the first step consists in downloading the TWRP recovery for your Android One Xiaomi terminal. You can search on the net or directly on the XDA Developers website. Once you have downloaded the TWRP custom recovery, move it to the ADB folder on your PC.
