In the day that in China they call "Single's Day" and that you will probably have seen online with the 11.11 promotions, Xiaomi seems to have knocked down every record.
The news comes from Lei Jun himself, the boss of the Chinese company, which on the social weibo reveals all the numbers reached by the company. Let's start with the first and probably most important: over 5 billion Yuan, that is over 650 millions of euros in just 24 hours.

In addition to record revenues, the Chinese giant also won 128 rankings in major online stores such as Tmall, Jingdong and Suning. On Tmall then, there is an annual competition that puts in "war" the various Chinese brands that in fact compete with those who sell more, of course Xiaomi has emerged victorious for the sixth consecutive time.
Among the products that have allowed the brand to win so easily we have the various smart gadgets and IoT devices (Internet of Things, ie connected to the Internet) for a total of 72 categories. In other words, Xiaomi has seen its products ranked first for 72 categories; now we do not know how many there are in total but that number is decidedly monstrous.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 3
But we love Xiaomi especially for smartphones, so how did the latter behave? Well, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 was the best-selling smartphone in the 3000 to 4000 Yuan category (400-500 €) on the Tmall store. The Xiaomi Mi 8 beat all the other competitors on Tmall, Jingdong and Suning in the 2000-3000 Yuan category (250-400 €), while the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite was the undisputed king of the 1000-2000 Yuan category (130-250 €) on Tmall and Suning.
In addition, even the latest Xiaomi TV box has hit everywhere, becoming the best-selling device on Tmall, Jingdong and Suning in the categories of special offers for TV and 11.11 special offers.
After the interminable series of victories, Lei Jun celebrated midnight by cooking crabs for the exhausted employees of the company.
