Xiaomi CC10 Pro anticipated again, it will be thin and light

Last year our favorite brand, Xiaomi, launched a new series called "CC" in China. The CC series was born with the aim of attracting the younger audience, focusing on photography, also through a collaboration with the famous Meitu brand loved by the youngest (especially girls) in the Asian country.

Xiaomi CC10 Pro anticipated again, it will be thin and light

Xiaomi CC9 Pro official Xiaomi CC10 Pro

This collaboration led to the birth of the Xiaomi CC9 Pro, known in the rest of the world as Xiaomi Mi Note 10, which as we well know is one of the devices from the most performing photographic sector on the market with a total of five cameras on the back and 108MP main camera, Samsung ISOCELL HMX sensor.

Well, about 5 months after the launch of the Mi Note 10, it seems that the time has already come for the successor. In fact, a couple of days ago we saw a message published by Redmi's product director, Wang Teng, on the famous social Weibo (the Chinese Twitter). Wang Teng would have stated that:

Given the obsession of some students in wanting ultra thin and light smartphones, who have also shown their love for the Xiaomi Mi 9, I would like to give you two good news: 2. We are planning the Xiaomi Mi 9 battery replacement plan, the which should go online before long.

Wang Teng

As we can see, Wang Teng's message is quite cryptic. The product manager deliberately omitted the first good news, which started a new rumor. The most interesting of which is the one that suggests the launch of a new thin and light device like the Xiaomi Mi 9.

Xiaomi CC10 Pro

To make this rumor even more interesting, the product director of the Xiaomi CC series thought about it, or Cici Wei. Cici Wei has in fact shared Wang Teng's message, adding that "On the basis of the second good news, we can easily calculate the first."

The new rumor goes hand in hand with the one leaked a few days ago in which there was talk of the possible arrival of a new generation of Xiaomi CC, so we refer to the Xiaomi CC10 and CC10 Pro. Furthermore, that rumor suggested the presence of a new sensor incredible resolution image. In fact, we are talking about 144MP of resolution, so as to bring a substantial improvement compared to the Xiaomi CC9 Pro. We also suppose that it is a sensor produced by the Korean giant Samsung which in recent years seems to have focused entirely on the number of pixels and the different technologies pixel binning to improve photo quality.

Now tell us yours. What do you think of a 144MP sensor? Does it seem necessary or just a form of marketing? Let us know in the comments section below!

It's no use. The quality of the photos depends above all on the size and quality of the sensor. In mobile phones, not being able to insert large and quality sensors, we rely on AI and sophisticated software that can make the difference. See Google Cam as an example. I personally would never spend more than 250 euros on a mobile phone. If I want a good/fair camera I buy a compact one that has at least a decent sensor and a powerful optical zoom. Today they are around 200 euros.
