After weeks of leaks, rumors and several days of advances, the long-awaited Xiaomi CC9 Pro that we will see in Italy with the name of Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is finally official in the Asian country.
The Xiaomi CC9 Pro announced today brings several features that we have not seen for some time on an Xiaomi smartphone and others that instead come for the first time. Specifically we talk about the frontal design that shows the curves that made the Mi Note series famous (even if they were later abandoned with the Mi Note 3). While as far as news is concerned, the most interesting ones are in the photographic sector, in fact we have 5 cameras on the back, a first for Xiaomi, with one of them having 108MP resolution, which is the highest ever seen on a smartphone, if we exclude it Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha which is practically unanswerable.
Xiaomi CC9 Pro official with 5 cameras, 730G SD and 5260mAh battery
Now let's look at the specifications themselves starting with the display. The CC9 Pro comes with a large AMOLED curved 6,47-inch display and Full HD + resolution, and we find a fingerprint sensor below the next-generation screen much thinner, faster and with a larger recognition area for a release simpler and faster.
As for the internal hardware instead, the Xiaomi CC9 Pro equips a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor, that is a medium-high end chipset that should not slow down our experience and at the same time save energy thanks to the 8nm production process . The CPU is then accompanied by up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory of type UFS 3.0.
Five rear cameras
Let's now move on to one of the strengths of the device: the photographic sector. As mentioned above, the CC9 Pro adopts as many as five cameras on the rear. These include the main from 108MP with a sensor size of 1 / 1,33 inches (Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX) and focal length f / 1,69, we then have a secondary one from 20MP with ultra wide angle lens from 117 °, a third camera from 12MP with 2X telephoto lens, the fourth and perhaps the most awaited 5MP with 5X optical zoom, hybrid up to 10X and digital up to 50X; finally a sensor from 2MP to take macro pictures up to a minimum distance of 1,5 centimeters. While in the front, hidden in the notch, we have a 32MP sensor for very high resolution selfies.
Besides the high resolution obtainable, a really useful feature will be the double optical stabilization. In particular we will find the OIS both on the main camera from 108MP and on the one with super telephoto lens from 5MP. This means that we will be able to take photos that are not moved either with the super detailed sensor from 108MP or with the one capable of zooming up to 50X with digital zoom. Xiaomi has also confirmed that the smartphone supports the capture of photos in RAW format, so as to retain more details and be able to modify them in the future on dedicated software.
Large battery and quick charge!
But it does not end here, because the CC9 Pro in addition to bringing a premium design and a total of six cameras among the highest resolution super market, has also been developed to provide an uncompromising user experience thanks to the huge battery of 5260mAh. This will contribute to at least two full days of autonomy, probably even with medium-high usage in our opinion, something not easy to find in other devices of this range. The large battery is then quickly rechargeable up to 30W through the USB Type-C port; according to official data we will be able to recharge the smartphone from 0 to 100% in only 65 minutes.
Other features on board the Xiaomi CC9 Pro include an NFC module, an 3,5mm audio jack, Hi-Res certification and an infrared ray emitter.
The Xiaomi CC9 Pro will cost in 2799 Yuan China, or on the 360 euros for the version with 6GB of RAM and 128GB, 3099 Yuan (400 €) to have 8GB of RAM and 3499 Yuan (450 €) to have 256GB of storage. But we will still have to wait for the presentation in Madrid of tomorrow to know the European price.
