Let's start the day with what should be the last teaser of the new Xiaomi CC series that will be officially presented in China this evening (19: 30 Chinese time). The smartphone line will include the Xiaomi CC9, Xiaomi CC9e and it Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition.
Today's teaser comes directly from the founder and CEO of Xiaomi Group, Lei Jun, who on the famous social Weibo has just shared images regarding the Xiaomi CC9 and CC9e. So let's go see the first image, or the one that refers to the battery capacity.
Xiaomi CC9 and CC9e: They will have 4030mAh batteries and AMOLED screens
As we can see in the teaser above, both the CC9 and the smaller CC9e seem to equip a large 4030mAh battery. A good upgrade from the 3300mAh battery of the Xiaomi Mi 9 from which it adopted the design. Lei Jun then added that the smartphone is also covered in 3D glass, namely Corning Gorilla Glass 5 anti-scratch, taking the opportunity to attack other brands that in the same price range offer devices with plastic covers.
About an hour later, the boss of Xiaomi instead anticipated the type of display that we will find on board the new series. This is an AMOLED panel that will be of different sizes as the CC9e is a more compact smartphone than the CC9. In common they will still have the fingerprint sensor under the seventh generation screen, so the same as the Xiaomi Mi 9T, much faster and more precise.
Finally, the front camera from 32MP and the rear one from 48MP, probably Sony IMX566 or IMX582 sensor, are confirmed. Moreover, to the delight of many, we will also find an audio jack from 3.5mm to be able to connect your favorite headphones and an infrared sensor to be able to use the smartphone as a remote control.

A benchmark of the Xiaomi CC9e on the famous GeekBench application has just appeared online. As we can see in the image below, the smartphone scores an 1502 score in single-core mode, while in multi-core mode it reaches 5373 points well. This combination of scores would seem like a novelty and goes hand in hand with a screenshot taken from the AIDA64 application.
In the image we can read the name of the possible processor on the smartphone, specifically either the Snapdragon 640 or the Snapdragon 665, the latter much more likely. Finally, from the GeekBench benchmark we also note that the Xiaomi CC9 will be available with 6GB of RAM.
