Apparently Xiaomi has rediscovered a passion for Elvis Presley since today they have just launched another device dedicated to the King of Rock and Roll. A few months ago we had shown you a really interesting product, at least from the design point of view, a small Bluetooth speaker with a built-in FM radio (called Mijia Elvis Atomic Presley B612).
Well, today the Chinese company has released a larger case that follows the same retro style as the previous one: the Xiaomi Elvis OTR, with "OTR" which stands for On The Road, a tribute to the hippie spirit that was fashionable in the 60s This does not mean, however, that you are allowed to disturb the peace with your favorite songs!

Seriously, the main features include a body entirely in an alloy of aluminum and zinc that as you see well in the picture is totally painted green, with Xiaomi that promises high quality audio thanks to the 5W enclosure integrated, be careful though, this power is only achieved if connected via AUX or Bluetooth. Otherwise, in radio mode, you get a power of 2W.
Speaking of radio, the module inside is able to receive stations on frequencies ranging from 87 to 1o8MHZ, so in practice all those present on the Italian territory.
As for the ports instead, we have a jack 3.5mm to connect a smartphone or tablet, in addition to Bluetooth 4.0 for a wireless connection. Finally there is a microUSB port that is used to recharge the built-in battery from 1000mAh which translates into 10 hours of battery life.
The Xiaomi Elvis OTR has small dimensions at 87.5mm wide, 65mm high and 57mm deep, as well as being relatively light at around 435 grams. It is possible to buy it now in China at 399 Yuan, therefore about 50 €.
