As some of you may know, the Xiaomi FlipBuds Pro are the latest TWS headphones from the Chinese brand presented about a month ago. Today the headphones receive a new update, the second after that of a couple of weeks ago.

The new update was announced by Xiaomi's vice president, Chang Cheng, and comes with firmware number 7.6.1.13.

The changelog reveals that within the update there are improvements for the functionality of detecting whether the headphones are worn or not, faster sound effects and a decrease in energy consumption of the Bluetooth connection.

Recall that the Xiaomi FlipBuds Pro are equipped with the first Qualcomm QCC5151 flagship Bluetooth audio chip, capable of accurately processing external ambient sounds and accurately capturing human voices by isolating noise. Thanks to the Qualcomm QCC5151 chip, the headset also supports the aptX Adaptive dynamic codec protocol and Bluetooth 5.2 technology.

Not only that, the headphones support a maximum noise reduction power of 40dB, which is currently the best specification for wireless noise canceling headphones on the market.

At the same time, it provides 3 levels of noise reduction intensity for adjustment, including office, daily use and air travel, so you can choose the appropriate mode according to the needs of different environments.

In terms of appearance, the Xiaomi FlipBuds Pro adopt an oval design of the charging compartment. While the body of the headphones have an aerodynamic design and in general very similar to that of the Apple AirPods Pro.

Finally, in terms of battery life, the TWS earbuds have a battery life of 7 hours when ANC Active Noise Reduction is turned off. In combination with the charging bay, the FlipBuds Pro have a battery life of up to 28 hours after turning off noise reduction. It supports Qi wireless charging protocol and only takes 35 minutes to fully charge.
