Xioami's entry-level, Xiaomi Hongmi, would seem to be "mature" for an upgrade and April this year could be the date chosen by the home.
According to Beijing sources, the next generation of the Xiaomi Hongmi will be launched in April, about 12 months after the first Hongmi hit the scene and broke all sales records. Since the original Hongmi now has a lot of competition on the market represented by the Huawei Honor 3C and 3X and the Coolpad Halo F1, to avoid these attacks in the future Xiaomi has well thought of launching the Hongmi 2 in 3 different versions!
According to what has transpired, all 3 Xiaomi Hongmi 2 versions will be joined by a 5,5 1280 x 720 x display, but will differ from the number of cores that will be equipped with the chipset mounted. It starts from the entry-level quad-core and, passing through an "anomalous" 6-core, you get to what will be the TOP GAMMA with octacore chipset!
We can assume that Mediatek will provide both quad-core and octacular units, but we have no idea who can be the manufacturer of an 6-core chipset!
