In fact, last month, a smartphone with model number M2102J2SC was caught on two Chinese certification platforms, TENAA and 3C. The Chinese media had revealed that this is a new variant of the Xiaomi Mi 10 and that it should debut with the new Snapdragon 870 on board.
Well, today the smartphone appeared on the database of the famous GeekBench benchmarking platform, again with model number M2012J2SC.
The benchmark shows us some hardware specifications, but let's start with the score obtained by the device in the Geekbench 5 version, that is 1021 in the single core test, while in the multi core test it reached 3443 points.
As for the hardware on board, the page shows us that the smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm chipset with a base frequency of 1,80 GHz. The CPU is then supported by 8 GB of RAM and we have Android 11 as an operating system. .
Furthermore, through the source code of the Geekbench page it is possible to see that the SoC can offer processing speeds of up to 3,19 GHz and that it integrates Adreno 650 graphics. These two clues indicate that, barring surprises, the smartphone integrates just the Snapdragon 870 mentioned earlier.
In the previous TENAA certification, we found that the device adopts a 6,67-inch display and is equipped with a 4,680mAh capacity battery. While, 3C's certification revealed that the smartphone could come with a fast charger with a maximum power of 33W.
In any case, according to Chinese media, this new variant of the Xiaomi Mi 10 (2021) should adopt all the specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 10 5G released last year, with the exception of the chipset. This means that we will find a 6,67-inch 90Hz AMOLED display, up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256 GB of UFS 3.0 memory, a 20-megapixel front camera and four 108-megapixel + 13-megapixel (ultrawide ) + 2 megapixel (macro) + 2 megapixel (depth).
