On February 13, Xiaomi launched the new one Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, a high-performance smartphone with some specifications that differentiate it from the basic version, such as the higher-quality screen, the different cameras and a faster, faster charging.

Today, the Chinese brand has released the official teardown of the device, so as to show us every hardware component closely. Let's start with the Xiaomi Mi 10 disassembly video published online:
Now that we have seen how to get to each component, let's move on to the images that better explain each part to us.
Let's start by removing the back cover after heating the glue that keeps it attached to the chassis. Done that is, we can see two pieces of foam in the upper and lower part, these would serve to increase structural stability, according to Xiaomi. We can also see an area in double-layer thermally conductive graphite that covers almost the entire area of the motherboard, extending to the upper and lower speakers. While above the graphite layer we find a coil for wireless charging and the NFC module.
Going back to the speakers, we have two "Super Linear 1216" type speakers positioned above and below for stereo sound. The speaker cavities use magnetic steel and are large in size, approximately 1,22cc, for a very high and clear volume. Xiaomi says that the wish has increased by 100% compared to the previous version.
Once the graphite layer is removed, we see how the motherboard is positioned on the left, while the battery is located on the right. We also have a particular design that sees the additional board applied above the motherboard, thus saving space. The battery on the right has a capacity of 4500mAh, occupies most of the space inside the smartphone and is fixed on the central frame by an easy to remove adhesive.
The next step is to remove the protective cover of the rear camera, which allows us to see the four sensors for a total of 148 megapixels. As is obvious, the biggest one is the famous 108MP sensor, the Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX.
We then have a laser focus module integrated on the protective cover of the rear camera. This serves to improve the focusing speed in low light conditions, it can also help to determine the AWB (white balance) of the environment, making the white balance of the photo similar to what we see with the human eye. Do not miss the anti-flicker sensor above the flash to detect the flicker frequency of the light source, reducing flicker when shooting indoors.
Always the anti-flicker sensor is then used as a second brightness sensor coupled to the front one. We therefore have 360 degree brightness sensors for a much more precise and faster automatic adjustment.
Moving on to the battery, the Mi 10 Pro adopts a 4500 mAh battery. The battery has a custom design which significantly reduces the overall impedance of the battery and reduces energy loss and heat generation during fast charging. There is also a battery cell monitoring system to accurately monitor the cell voltage, which can improve charging efficiency and safety. The ultra-thin fingerprint reader is placed under the battery, which allows you to increase the battery capacity, saving internal space.
Returning to the cameras, all four are connected to each other with a metal support. We have the 108MP sensor camera with a sensor size of 1 / 1,33 inch and a lens design called “8P” with OIS optical stabilization to capture much sharper images. The 10x hybrid optical zoom lens also supports OIS optical stabilization.
We then have the 12MP sensor for quality portraits which could be used as the main sensor on many smartphones. This has a focal length of 50mm, 1,4μm pixels and supports dual-core dual-PD full-pixel dual-pixel focusing. Finally, there is a 20MP camera with ultra wide angle lens that offers a super wide field of view of 117 °.
As for selfies instead, there is a small 20MP micro camera to steal as little screen space as possible.
