The Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra presented a couple of days ago is one of the most premium smartphones ever presented by the Chinese brand. This means that even from the point of view of photography we expect uncompromising performance.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra will have the Interval Timer function for professional time-lapses

Well, the other day we got to see the first samples taken from the smartphone, with excellent results especially as regards the camera with periscope lens and 120x zoom. Today, the director of the photography department of Xiaomi, Queena, announced that the Mi 10 Ultra will receive the continuous shooting function with timer, also known as the “Interval Timer”.
The Interval Timer mode can be used to take more professional photos, giving us the ability to choose the number of shots and choose the time interval. Also, after taking the preset number of photos, they are grouped into an easy-to-navigate album. If you have taken 30 or more photos, you can even create a time-lapse directly from the app.

The feature was created especially for those who want to shoot “professional” level time-lapse videos. In fact, we can set all the various details in the camera in professional mode, as well as the various intervals and duration. So those who are truly passionate about photography will be able to obtain much better results than when using the default time-lapse mode that we find on practically all smartphones.

It is worth noting that this feature is also supported in the default camera mode, in addition to the professional mode, and works with both the front and rear cameras. So, if you want, you could automate a sort of photographic "service" with the front camera that takes the number of photos set with a time interval chosen by us.
What do you think of this feature? Do you want to try it or do you prefer the simplicity of predefined time-lapse? Let us know in the comments section below!

What do they put the oriental model for if this device will only be sold in China?
