The 108MP camera smartphone we saw the other day finally seems to have a name. According to a well-known Indian leakster, it would in fact be the next Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite that will be added to the various Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro coming in the next few weeks.
Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite with 108MP camera and certified 4720mAh battery
The smartphone would have been caught on the official website of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) certification body with model number M2007J17G. From the certificate we also discover that the device will arrive with MIUI 12
The Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite was then also certified in India by the BIS body with a battery with model number “BM4W” and a capacity of 4,720mAh. It also follows the IMEI certification, making it ready for global marketing.
Unfortunately all the other specifications are still unknown except for the camera which as we mentioned previously should have a resolution of 108MP. In particular, the smartphone should be equipped with a Samsung sensor, the ISOCELL Bright HM2. A mid-to-high-end sensor with a pixel size of 0,7μm, which is about 15% smaller than the size of the 1 / 1-inch high-end Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM1,52 sensor.
In terms of functionality, the Samsung ISOCELL Bright HM2 supports dual-core focus, supports 9-pixel output for 12-megapixel photos, with pixel size equivalent to 2,1 μm. It also supports 3x zoom with no loss of detail.
As for the two older brothers, the Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro, we know that the Pro version will come with a 6,67-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The smartphone will be powered by a Snapdragon 865, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage, a 5.000mAh battery and three rear cameras for a price of around 699 euros.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T should instead adopt a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7xx processor, 6GB of RAM and three rear cameras with the main 64MP.
