This afternoon, a well-known Chinese blogger revealed that a Xiaomi smartphone with model number “M2101K9C” has passed the TENAA network certification in China, followed by the first official images. This is thought to be the next Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G.

But let's start with the images extrapolated from the certification. As we can see, the smartphone inherits the design language of its older brother, the Xiaomi Mi 11, but it is not entirely identical. In particular, in the front we see the use of a flat screen with a hole in the upper left corner, while on the side we find an on / off button with an integrated fingerprint sensor, as on the cheaper POCO F3 just presented.
The blogger also revealed that the device is very thin while still delivering high performance, but I had already discovered this a few days ago. A previous certification had in fact confirmed that the thickness settles at only 6,81mm, therefore truly impressive and thanks to which it will become the thinnest 5G smartphone in the world.
We also point out that despite being so thin, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G will still equip a decent 4150mAh battery. Nothing fancy, but on such a slim smartphone it's still amazing. While for fast charging, it should reach a maximum power of 33W, in line with many other mid-to-high-end devices.
In any case, according to previous leaks, the Mi 11 Lite 5G should arrive with a 6,55-inch display with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. For the photos we will have three rear cameras with the main one from 64MP, a secondary ultra wide angle from 8MP and a macro from 2MP.
Finally, the smartphone should be powered by the performing Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G will most likely be presented at the March 29 event in which we could also see the new Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Pro + and Mi pad 5.
