Rumors regarding Xiaomi's next “super flagships” continue to follow each other day by day. In particular, we expect at least two, namely the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, although probably only the second will focus on uncompromising performance and specifications, while the first should focus on the cutting-edge design that has made the series from the beginning.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra coming with 200W charging: but there is a but
Returning to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra and its possible uncompromising specifications, today the famous Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station shared a post on Weibo (the Chinese Twitter) in which he states that: "A new decidedly 'abnormal' flagship is about to be finalized and should debut in the second half of the year. There won't be a 5000mAh battery, but fast charging will be really ultra fast, we're talking about a maximum of 200W wired and wireless ".
Several international news sites have reported what has just been quoted by Digital Chat Station stating that according to the leakster there will be a smartphone with a wired charging of 200W. This would clearly put Xiaomi back in first place when it comes to wired charging in the field in smartphones.
In our opinion, however, Digital Chat Station meant that we will have a total charging power of 200W. This includes both wired, wireless and reverse wireless, or reverse charging that allows us to recharge other wireless devices such as wireless headphones.
So theoretically we could see a wired power of 125W, a wireless of 65W and a reverse of 10W, for a total of 200W.
In fact, we recall that with last year's super flagship, the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra, the brand had advertised a 180W charge, specifying however that it was 120W in wired mode, 50W via wireless and 10W in reverse wireless charging. Could this also be the case with the Mi 11 Ultra?
In conclusion, the next Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra could arrive with a 200W charge, which would be impressive both if only via cable, and in total between wired, wireless and reverse.
