Only 2 days are left to the most anticipated event of the year, for all the fans of the Xiaomi brand that a few days ago has officially made its debut in Italy too, and the Mi Fans have come true in many. But what awaits us at Shenzer, the 31 may, is an event with a thousand surprises: in fact until now has been officially confirmed that we will see the release of Xiaomi Mi 8, MIUI 10 and Mi Band 3 but at least two other products will be unveiled during the presentation, and this is revealed directly by Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi.
Now that Mi 6 has moved to Mi 8 is consolidated, and the motivation seems to be simply for the fact that for the company this year is the eighth anniversary of presence in the market and that in China the number 8 is defined lucky. In this period we have witnessed a series of renderings more or less realistic and lots of spy photos that have "unveiled" us the design of the top-of-the-range future that apparently is confirmed to adopt the notch for the face detection technology in 3D.
Xiaomi Mi 8: new leak and top camera images
Furthermore one of the Xiaomi officials reveals that the camera of the new Mi 8 will be even higher than Mi Mix 2S and will far surpass those of the iPhone X and HTC U12 +. A very important statement that could create huge problems for the company if this promise is not respected.
As for the hardware now everything is plausible, even if several times the same CEO has declared that the Snapdragon 845 processor would have animated the company's top of the range, while the display will almost certainly be of the IPS type and not AMOLED as some suggested rumors, with diagonal from 6,01 inches.
