The beta is open to all users of Xiaomi Mi A1 owners worldwide on condition that you speak English because they will have to present the application form for the program in that language.
To participate in the beta program about the new Oreo firmware for Xiaomi Mi A1 will take download the application MIUI Forum and register by providing your smartphone's IMEI number. It is also advised to be familiar with modding and updating ROM in general, you need to be active on the Forum and be willing to release feedback with the various members via the QQ messaging app, both on the Forum itself. You will have time for theregistration up to midnight (Beijing local time) of11th December and if you become a beta tester, you will have the chance to preview the Android based Oreo firmware on your Xiaomi Mi A1, before it is officially released.
Naturally being a first release, there may be no gaps or optimization may not be 100%, but we still expect a great job done by developers, hoping that the final version of Android Oreo is soon available, perhaps paving the way for future releases for other smartphones with MIUI interface.
