Already on the Google Play Store are many applications developed by Xiaomi including the most famous is certainly Mi Fit, which now surprise for the whole community of fans of the brand, it was removed from the Google store.
The reasons why the American giant has decided to eliminate the fitness app with which to associate the wearable of the Chinese company are not clear, but in general these events happen when something related to security is detected, but ours is only a supposition as we reiterate that at the moment the reasons connected to the problem were not disclosed.
The fact is that if you try to go to the pages of the Play Store dedicated to the Mi Fit app is returned an error message as shown in the picture above. So how can all those users who have received a wearable or gadget from the company in these hours? Of course the solution exists and it is really easy to remedy the problem, as you just click on the button at the end of the article, which will redirect you to the portal of APKMirror, where you can download the APK file of the latest version of Mi Fit and proceed with the installation.

Regarding the story, it should still be said that the cancellation of Mi Fit from the Play Store could result from the new directives given by Google, which involves the replacement of all the apps that require access to calls and SMS without having authorization from part of Google. The application is again available on the Play Store with version 3.5.7 released today. The changelog does not contain explanations on the temporary absence from the Play Store, but only the fixing of some known bugs is mentioned, and even after the update the application has SMS reading permissions. It is therefore possible that the developer has obtained permissions from Google or that the absence was related to other reasons.
