Last week Samsung presented the new mobile image sensor from well 108MP, the Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX, this following the Xiaomi teaser which had anticipated the arrival of the sensor on the market.
How did Xiaomi know about the new ISOCELL Bright HMX? Well, very simply because the two brands have been collaborating for months to bring the sensor exclusively to an Xiaomi smartphone. This means that our favorite Chinese brand will be the only one able to use the new sensor for a certain amount of time.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 4: Coming in September with 108MP sensor?
Well, this period seems to shorten significantly as new rumors give it on board the next Xiaomi Mi MIX 4; a smartphone that could arrive just next month if we believe the rumors just emerged in China.
It is indeed a famous Chinese blogger to have suggested that the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 presentation has already been scheduled for September. The launch would take place anyway after the release of Xiaomi Mi 9S, ie the version with 5G connectivity and several other upgrades compared to the Mi 9 presented at the beginning of the year.
At the same time, Xiaomi's product director, Wang Teng, had already hinted that the other Samsung 64MP sensor (recently released) would be used by Redmi. While the one from 108MP would be used by Xiaomi in a flagship phone, so what better device than the Mi MIX 4?
In addition to the new image sensor, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 is also given on arrival with the best hardware in circulation (as expected). We will therefore find the last Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus, which is the slightly more powerful version of the SD855, an ultra-fast charge up to 100W and even a front-facing camera under the screen (rumors with confirmed).
